Clicking Setup Sync Manager does not do anything

You click Setup Sync Manager and nothing happens.

Why this is happening

This issue can be caused by the Company Name field being left blank in the company information.

How to fix it

To edit the Company Name field:

  1. Click the Company menu from the top toolbar and choose Company Information.
  2. Locate the Company Name field, enter a name and click OK to save.
  3. Set up Intuit Sync Manager.
