You launch Shipping Manager and you receive the following error:
DBISAM Engine Error # 11010 Table or backup file [filename] does not exist
This error indicates that one or more .blb files in the Shipping Manager database directory are missing or have been deleted by an anti virus program.
Intuit recommends 3 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all three to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
In most cases, solution 1 solves the issue.
Please follow the steps in Error: Invalid ShipRush database path... Key files are missing.
If you still encounter the error, go to solution 2.
If you are unable to locate the appropriate folder or you still encounter the error, go to solution 3.
