Business profile is not listed

You do not see your business profile listed.

Why this is happening

Your version of Intuit Sync Manager is out of date.

How to fix it

 If your currently installed version of Intuit Sync Manager is older than v4.4 then you need to update to the latest Sync Manager.

To update Intuit Sync Manager:

  1. Open QuickBooks and login to your company file.
  2. Go to the Help Menu and select Update QuickBooks > Update Now and click Get Updates.
  3. After the update completes, Exit out if Intuit Sync Manager (Right click the Sync Manager icon in the System Tray and select Exit Sync Manager option)
  4. Restart QuickBooks and log in to your company file as the Admin.
  5. In QuickBooks, select the Setup Intuit Sync Manager menu item.
