Sync Manager Help does not match the Sync Manager application



Why this is happening

The Intuit Sync Manager Help topics assume that you have the latest version of the Sync Manager. The topics are automatically updated online, while the Sync Manager is installed and updated with QuickBooks.

If the Help topics seem to describe a different version of the Sync Manager, you might not have the latest Sync Manager.

How to fix it

To ensure that you always have the latest release you must have QuickBooks Automatic Updates turned on.
