Note: QuickBooks Desktop is not designed to work with Novell Netware or Virtual servers. If you are using a Novell or Virtual server to store and access your company file(s), you will need to move that file to a Windows computer to resolve this error.

This issue may be associated with a computer virus or other problems in Windows. We recommend updating your antivirus software and running a full scan on your computer.
