Users with multiple A/P accounts unable to select bills when linking downloaded transactions

When linking a downloaded transaction to an open bill in QuickBooks Desktop, only open bills in the first Accounts Payable (A/P) account in the Chart of Accounts will display. If you have multiple A/P accounts, you will not be able to select bills in the other A/P accounts.

How to fix it
  1. Click Finish Later in the Add Transactions to QuickBooks window.
  2. Go to Pay Bills in QuickBooks to create the bill payment. When you return to the Add Transactions to QuickBooks window, the downloaded transaction should be matched to the bill payment.
