When you open QuickBooks Desktop, you see this error message:
The Internet security of the QuickBooks is set too high. Some of the online features of the QuickBooks might not work properly. Please change the security settings.
Online features in QuickBooks are designed to run with the Internet Explorer security settings set to Medium. Settings other than Medium may result in pages not displaying or features failing to work.
Intuit recommends 2 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try both to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Reset Internet Settings to default
