When attempting to export accountants changes, there are no changes to export

Although changes have been made in the Accountant's Copy (.qba), when attempting to View/Export Changes for Client, there are not any changes to export.

Why this is happening

This can occur if the .qba file has become damaged.

How to fix it

To resolve this issue, recreate an original Accountant's Copy and re-enter the changes:

  1. Remove Restrictions in the client company file.
  2. Create the Accountant's Copy.
  3. Re-enter the changes and export them to the client.
