There are several possible causes of this issue, including a damaged or corrupted Universal Printer Driver (Unidriver) or a damaged QBPrint.qbp file.
Intuit recommends three solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all three to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order presented here.
Solution 1: Delete the QBPrint.qbp file
