Server Event Viewer logs show the following error(s) flagged as red (critical)
Description: The description for Event ID ( 4 ) in Source ( QuickBooks ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 8.0, An attempt to LogOff without a logon.
Note: "The following information is part of the event: " may be followed by any of several different messages.

Description: An unexpected error has occurred in "QuickBooks": Returning NULL QBWinsInstance Handle
The error(s) will appear on all supported operating systems.
The events being displayed in the Event Viewer are informational only and should not be marked as critical. These events should be ignored unless you are having problems accessing QuickBooks.
This issue has been resolved in the latest release for QuickBooks 2013.
