The following error occurs when opening the Customer, Vendor, or the Employee Center.
This error can occur when there is list damage in the company file, or there is a problem with Windows default E-Mail association.
Intuit recommends 2 solutions for this issue. Depending on the situation, you may need to use either Solution 1 or Solution 2.
Before you attempt either solution, check to see if there is a problem with your default e-mail association with Windows.
These steps are to edit/change your default e-mail program within Windows. If you use Outlook as your e-mail client, you will need to choose Outlook in the following steps. If you do not use Outlook, then you will need to choose either Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail.
