Although there are unsettled credit card transactions, the following message is returned when attempting to settle credit card transactions:
No transactions to settle
Note: If you have not processed credit cards but have processed debit cards and get this message, refer to the article Nothing to settle.
Reboot all workstations, open Point of Sale on all workstations, and try again. If the problem continues, please contact Intuit Payments at 800.558.9558 to have the batch settled manually.
