When processing a debit card that can also be accepted as a credit card, the following message is returned:

Invalid PIN
Why this is happening

The merchant account may not be configured to process on your customer's debit network, or may need other additional configuration.

How to fix it

To resolve this issue, contact Intuit Payment Card Services at 800.558.9558 to ensure your merchant account is configured properly for debit card processing and has the appropriate debit networks added.
