When installing QuickBooks Online Backup, you see the following message:
Your installation was not finished. A connection will be made to the data center to complete your installation.
Intuit recommends 2 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try both to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Update your password
Download and run the Online Backup Password Update Utility 2.0 to update your password.
If you still encounter the error, go to solution 2
