After installing and/or running the QuickBooks Contact Sync, the QuickBooks icon is no longer available in Microsoft Outlook.
This issue will occur if:
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all 3 to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Important: Ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date before you follow the steps shown below.
Close Outlook and QuickBooks applications.

Note: Microsoft Outlook is usually installed as part of the Microsoft Office Suite, so this solution requires you to repair the entire Microsoft Office Suite installation. If you installed Microsoft Outlook separately from Microsoft Office, then you can repair Microsoft Outlook only.
