Confirmation of a transfer instruction has been received for an account that is not defined in your QuickBooks data file [OL-361]
The statement download sent by the financial institution included data for an account which is not defined in your QuickBooks. [OL-362]
Typically, this happens because there is more than one account activated for online access at your Financial Institution and of them is no longer enabled for online banking in QuickBooks Desktop and a transfer instruction for that account has been made.
To fix the problem, you need to re-enable the account for online access in QuickBooks.
