When you open the company file or restore a company backup (*.QBB extension), you receive the following error:
This is not a QuickBooks data file or there is a problem with the data file. Please contact Intuit Technical Support and provide them with the following error codes: (-6147, 0)

Restore backup to a new location
Note: Use this solution only if you experienced the error with a backup file (*.QBB extension). If your backup is on a network drive or is hosted by QuickBooks Online Backup, save a copy to your local computer.
Edit Trend Micro Active Scan settings to ignore the folder that holds the company file.
Use standard data damage troubleshooting, including using the QuickBooks File Doctor.
