The Microsoft Installer launches when trying to open QuickBooks Dekstop.
This issue can occur when:
Solution 1: Re- register QuickBooks Desktop files
Solution 2: Run the QuickBooks Component Repair Tool
Solution 3: Temporarily disable your antivirus program and repair QuickBooks Desktop

Once the antivirus has been disabled, repair QuickBooks
