When opening the QuickBooks Desktop Help menu, the display is empty (blank) or appears to do nothing.
Solution 1: Run repair of QuickBooks Desktop installation
By running a repair, you are replacing all damaged QuickBooks Desktop components to the system.
Solution 2: Perform clean install
By performing clean installation of QuickBooks Deskto, you are reinstalling QuickBooks installation files and its components into a brand new folder, but still in the same default location.
Note: You may search for *.chm (.chm extension) files on your local machine. If you are unable to open these files, you might have issues with the Windows operating system. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
Solution 1: Restart the computer and open QuickBooks Help again.
