Why do I have two statements?

There are two monthly statements for both credit card processing and check processing. 
Note: Intuit PaymentNetwork does not have a statement. You can view your payment history online at https://ipn.intuit.com.

Please be aware that Credit Card and Check statement lists will be combined in MSC starting Feb. 23, 2016, if you are looking at statements generated before then they will appear differently.

 

Access Monthly Statements in the Online Service Center

The online service center lets you access your statements online.

  1. Log in to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com.
     
  2. In the menu bar, select Activity & Reports > All Statements

         

 

  1. Locate the month you want to see and click one of the following:
    • View to open the statement in your browser.
    • Download to save the statement on your computer as a PDF document.
    • Note: If it shows No Credit Card Transactions or No Check Transactions then there was not processing for that month.
