The QuickBooks Conversion Tool is designed to convert from Peachtree 2001-2011 or MS Office Accounting (OA) 2006 or later to QuickBooks. Learn more about the QuickBooks Conversion Tool.
Important! If converting PeachTree 2012 or later to QuickBooks, lists and balances are available only. Historical transactions are not included.
File needed for in-house Conversion - Any Peachtree backup with a file extension of .ptb.
Note: If your version of Peachtree does not make a .ptb type of backup, you will need to send in the files referred to in the Any other program - List and balance conversion section below.
File needed for in-house conversion: Microsoft OA/SB backup with a file extension of .sbb
Important: Do not send the .sbc file. This file is only a shortcut and it contains no company data.
File needed for in-house conversion: OWP backup (.000 or .001,… .009 if multidisk backup)
File needed for in-house conversion: EasyAcct backup (.cmp)

If you do not have adequate export functions in your software, you should be able to print the report(s) to a text file by setting up a Generic Text Only Printer that will allow you to save your report(s) to a file instead of printing them.
Note: When you print using the text-only printer, you will be asked for a file name. Be sure to include the full path for where you want to save it, such as C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\balancesheet.txt.
