Troubleshoot Sync Manager issues
To setup Sync Manager, click here.
NOTE: You need to login as Admin in the QuickBooks company file before you can setup sync manager.
If you have previously setup sync manager, make sure it is installed and running. Where to find it?
Check your account in the Appcenter and make sure that you have an active subscription.
Check the QuickBooks version and Sync Manager version (should be 6.5 and later). Also make sure that the latest version of Sync Manager is installed.
