Why isn't my QuickBooks data online yet?

If the Intuit Sync Manager reports that your sync has completed, but you still don't see your data in your online service, you may need to wait for a while more. Sync is a two-step process:

  1. First the Sync Manager syncs between QuickBooks and an online location called the cloud. At this point, it reports your sync as complete.
  2. Then data moves from the cloud to your online services. Depending on the amount of data and how busy the server is, it can take several minutes before the data gets from the online cloud into your online services.
