If you are having problems importing Square refunds, please check that you have the required Deposit accounts setup.
To check this, go to your Company Settings > Chart of Accounts. If you don't have all of these accounts listed below set up, please create those you are missing. You can create new Deposit accounts. These are the accounts you need:
