Some reports (e.g., the General Ledger report) can be very long. They will display, but they will stop printing before the end, because the Windows Print Spooler has an internal limit of 32,768 (2**15) lines.
This cutoff point can be as low as 475 pages or as high as 800 pages, depending on the number of lines on each page.
This issue may be complicated by auditors' requirements that the reports be printed in one run. Dividing the report into two sections, each less than 32,768 lines, is not allowed under the audit rules.
If you have Microsoft Office 2007 or later, you can export the report to Microsoft Excel and then print the report.
If your operating system in Windows XP, you may wish to upgrade to Windows 7 or 8 which handle printing better than does Windows XP.
