There are a variety of reasons why you may need to return to the initial sign in screen for Intuit Data Protect (IDP).
Some examples are as follows:
To return to the initial sign in screen, run the IDP Diagnostic Tool and select the Log Out funciton. Please go to Troubleshoot Intuit Data Protect issues and errors to learn more.
