Change the default for Print Later or Email Later

You would like to change the default setting for the "Print Later" and/or "Email Later" preference, when creating a transaction.

This is a Sticky Setting that you can change by saving a new transaction.

Detailed instructions
  1. Create a new transaction (such as a Check, Invoice, or Sales Receipt).
  2. Fill in the details of the transaction.
  3. Before saving the transaction, put a check on the Print Later/Email Later box.
    • Place a check-mark in the box, to set the transaction to be printed/emailed.
    • Remove the check-mark from the box, to set the transaction to NOT be printed/emailed.
  4. Click Save & Close or Save & New.
  • This will save the setting(s), along with the transaction. The next time you open this type of transaction, the settings will match the previously saved transaction.
  • If you have transactions marked already as or want to mark transaction as "Print Later/ Email Later", you will need to manually change this option on each transaction.
