Locating the Job Actual Cost Detail Report

The Job Actual Cost Detail report is a QuickZoom report that opens when you double-click an item in the Actual Cost column on the Job Profitability Summary report. The Job Actual Cost Detail report lists the individual transactions that comprise the actual cost. For example, if you double-click the total cost of a job, this QuickZoom report lists the invoices or statement charges you billed to that job. To open one of the listed transactions in its original form, double-click the transaction.

To locate the Job Actual Cost Detail report:

1. Select the Reports menu and select Jobs, Time & Mileage > Job Profitability Summary.
2. Double-click any amount in the Act. Cost column to open (QuickZoom) the Job Actual Cost Detail report.
3. (Optional) To access the Job Actual Cost Detail report from the Reports menu:
   1. Click the Memorize button.
   2. Enter a name for the report and select Save in Memorized Report Group.
   3. Click OK.
