You may cancel your Connected Service application or subscription any time you wish.

How to cancel a Connected Service Subscription or Application from the Intuit App Center:

  • If your Connected Service application is on an ala-carte version, you may proceed with the cancellation process without the need to get any further assistance.
    Follow the steps below:
    1. Go to appcenter.intuit.com and log in to your Intuit account.
    2. Click My Apps located on the upper part of the screen.
    3. On the My Apps page, click My Account.
    4. Click the Manage App Subscriptions tab.
    5. Choose the application that you want to cancel, then click Cancel Subscription.
  • If your Connected Service application is subscription-based or is part of a bundle (applications that are attached to your support plan/s),
    you may need to contact Intuit QuickBooks technical support @ 1.800.450.8475 for further assistance.
