What to do if an Intuit support agent asks you to send them an Intuit Sync Manager log file.
In the Intuit Sync Manager, click Help and then Create Log File.
In the Create Log File window, click Create Log File.
This automatically packages up all the necessary files into one .zip file, and then opens the TempSyncLogs folder that contains the .zip file.
In this folder, find the file whose name ends with _ConsolidatedSyncLogs.zip.
Email this file to the address your support agent gives you. Add the file as an attachment to your email.
Tip: To do this quickly you can right-click the file, click Send To, and then click Mail Recipient.
