Order a GoPayment card reader

Great news!  If you are a new customer, you will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions on how to order an EMV GoPayment card reader.

If you require more than one card reader, you can order additional ones by following the steps below. 

Note:  If your card reader isn't working properly, check out some tips to get it working before placing your order.

Important Information

Please click this link, Check the list of compatible devices, to confirm that the GoPayment card reader works with your device.

Once you have confirmed your device is compatible, follow the appropriate steps below to order a GoPayment card reader.

From inside the GoPayment app:

  1. Tap the Menu Icon, or the 3 horizontal dashes, in the top left and then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Card Reader.

  3. Select Place Your Order.

  4. Select the number of readers needed and the Check Out. Next, complete the fields on the card reader order form and then tap Review Order. Once confirmed that all of the information is correct, select Place Order. We will send an order confirmation to your email address with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.


Note: At this time, only one order per account can be placed through the app.

Once you login, please be sure to include your complete physical mailing address.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Your GoPayment card reader should arrive within 5-7 business days.
