If you’re set up for E-File & Pay in QuickBooks 2007 or above, you typically submit your
payroll tax form or payment electronically, directly from QuickBooks. If you miss
an electronic submission deadline, however, many agencies provide alternative options
so you can make your payment in a timely manner.

E-File & Pay requires QuickBooks 2007 or above, an active Enhanced Payroll subscription,
