Items on sales orders are marked closed before invoicing

What is happening

You created sales orders that have been partially invoiced. . When you open the sales order to fulfill it, you noticed that some items that have not been fulfilled or invoiced are marked closed. . You are unable to clear the checkmarks or fulfill the transaction.

Detailed Instructions

This issue has been resolved in the latest release for QuickBooks 2009 and Enterprise 9.0. . Please update your program to the most current release.
