Message: "You must have the Macromedia Flash Player installed to view the QuickBooks Tutorials" when using the Learning Center

What is happening

Attempting to access the QuickBooks Tutorials from the Learning Center displays the message:

Viewing QuickBooks Tutorials
You must have the Macromedia Flash Player installed to view the QuickBooks Tutorials.
You must download the Flash Player from the Macromedia web site.
After installing the Flash Player, you can return to the Learning Center to view the tutorial.

Why is this happening
This issue occurs in systems running Macromedia Flash Player 9.0.115.0. .
How to fix the problem

Adobe recently released an updated Flash version 9.0.124.0 that resolves the QuickBooks Tutorial issue.

Detailed Instructions

QuickBooks recently delivered a background update that allows customers to view tutorials. . If the background update was received, the feedback link and a close button on the last slide in the tutorial will not function without updating to the latest version of Flash Player.

To resolve this issue:
Click Adobe Flash Player to install the latest version, or point your Internet Explorer browser to location http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.
