Transfer file option does not appear when attempting to upload file to Data Services

Overview

This issue is caused when there are multiple requests open with Data Services. . To resolve this issue, specify which request to attach the file to before the option to upload the data file is offered:

  1. Log in to the Data Services Web site.
  2. Click Find My Request.
  3. Select the appropriate request.
  4. Click Upload File and attach your file to the request.
