QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification course does not display content

Overview

To resolve this problem:

  1. Ensure that Adobe Flash Player 7 or above is installed on the computer.
  2. Ensure that your computer's screen resolution is 1024 X 768 or higher (This is necessary for all the exams and quizzes to show up and save your information.)
  3. Delete your cookies and temporary files
    • Select Tools > Internet Options > General
    • Click Delete Cookies...
    • Click OK
    • Click Delete Files...
    • Click OK
  4. Ensure anti-virus software is not blocking ActiveX content
