QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification course does not display content
| Overview | To resolve this problem: - Ensure that Adobe Flash Player 7 or above is installed on the
computer.
- Ensure that your computer's screen resolution is 1024 X
768 or higher (This is necessary for all the exams and
quizzes to show up and save your information.)
- Delete your cookies and temporary files
- Select Tools > Internet Options >
General
- Click Delete Cookies...
- Click OK
- Click Delete Files...
- Click OK
- Ensure anti-virus software is not blocking ActiveX content
