Two of the more powerful features of Remote Access are Unattended Access and Web Support Meetings.
- Unattended Access lets you access your own computers from anywhere in the world, as long as the computers are turned on and connected to the Internet.
- Web Support Meetings lets you use a Web meeting to help other meeting attendees by working directly on their QuickBooks or by showing them how to do something on their copy of QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Remote Access also provides help online for all Remote Access features.
To access the help:
- Go to https://qb.webex.com/qb.
- Click the Support tab.
