Blank screen when taking certification quiz

Overview

The latest version of Adobe Flash Player must be installed for the quiz to appear and function properly.

To download the latest Flash Player, please visit http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW

If the problem remains after installing Flash Player, log out of the course and clear your temporary Internet files:

  1. Select the Internet Explorer Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
  4. Also in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Cookies.

Note: The Certification Course and Exam has not been tested with browsers other than Internet Explorer and the results might be unpredictable .
