Changing the e-mail address associated with a ProAdvisor account

If, as a ProAdvisor, you have access to (i.e. . can retrieve mail from) the old e-mail address, you can login to the ProAdvisor website, http://proadvisor.intuit.com, and change your e-mail address as follows:

1. Once logged in, select Update My Profile.
2. Select the ProAdvisor tab if it is not already selected.
3. Change the Email field to the correct e-mail address.
4. Click Save Changes.

If you are unable to retrieve mail from the old address, you must do the following:

1. Point browser to http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/archive/feedback/services/default.asp.
2. Select All Other QuickBooks Accounts.
3. Complete the required fields to verify your information.
4. Click Submit.
5. Print the completed letter.
6. Fax the letter and the required documentation to 520-844-6489.
