Updating ProAdvisor e-mail address after creating the Intuit Online Account

To update the QuickBooks ProAdvisor e-mail address after creating the Intuit Online account:

1. Log on to the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Web site.
2. Click Update Your Profile.
3. Click the Update Intuit Account (orange) button.

Note: After the Intuit Online Account is created, you must change your own e-mail address. . Intuit agents cannot perform this task due to customer confidentiality measures.

If you are not able to log in to the ProAdvisor site and do not remember the password, and you no longer have access to the old e-mail address, please visit the QuickBooks E-mail Change Request page.
