Update your Intuit account information and preferences

Overview

You can update your Intuit account information and preferences online, using the method that applies to the Intuit product or service that you use.

Intuit customer account information

  1. Go to the Contact Support page and under Better, Faster Answers, choose Questions about my order/account.
  2. In the text box, enter your question or issue (such as "I want to change my account and billing information"), and then click Next.

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Checks, Forms, and Supplies Web site and click My Account / Sign In at the top of the page.
  2. Follow the instructions on the page to update your account information.

Payroll

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Payroll Web site and click Sign In at the top of the page.
  2. Follow the instructions on the page to update your account information.
