Recovering your QuickBooks Online Account user ID

To have your QuickBooks Online Account Member ID e-mailed to you:

1. Go to the QuickBooks Online Account Sign In page.
2. Click the Forgot your User ID? link.
3. Enter the e-mail address that you used to register your QuickBooks Online Account. . If you have forgotten the e-mail address that you used to register your QuickBooks Online Account or it is no longer valid, submit a request online to receive or update your e-mail address.
4. Click Continue. . You will receive an e-mail containing your user ID.
