Resetting your QuickBooks Online Account password

Resetting your QuickBooks Online Account password

1. Go to the QuickBooks Online Account Sign In page.
2. Click the Forgot your Password? link.
3. Enter your user ID.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click E-mail Password PIN to have a PIN e-mailed to your e-mail address. . If you no longer have access to your e-mail, click Lost Access to E-mail for further instructions.
6. Enter the PIN that was e-mailed to you.
7. Answer the security question. . If you no longer remember the answer, click Forgot Security Answer.
8. Enter and confirm your new password.
9. Try to log in again.
