| Reasons your order total may be higher than expected include the
following: - For discrepancies under $20.00:
- Sales tax charges. . In most cases, Intuit collects state and

- Shipping and handling fees. . See Shipping and handling information for a list of
shipping charges and options. . If you received an offer for free
shipping and handling, please see Requesting a refund.
- Incorrect product on order. . You may return the incorrect
product within 60 days of purchase.
- Special offer discount was not applied to your order. . To
request a refund, please have your Priority Code available so that
we may verify the details of your offer and submit a
call back request to request a refund.
- For discrepancies of $20.00 or more:
- Duplicate products on order. . If there are duplicate products on
your order, please submit a call back request to request a refund.
Be sure to provide as much information as possible, including the
order number and the exact product that has been duplicated.
- Incorrect product on order. . To request a refund for the
incorrect product and place a new order for the correct product,
please submit a call back request . . Be sure to provide
as much information as possible, including the order number,
incorrect product, correct product, and any Priority Code you may
have.
