Statements not printing in alphabetical order

What is happening
|
If the Print statements by billing address zip
code option is checked in the Create
Statements window, the statements will print sorted by
location rather than in alphabetical order.

Detailed Instructions
| Uncheck the Print statements by billing address zip
code option to return the printing to alphabetical
order - From the QuickBooks Customers menu, choose
Create Statements.
- Ensure that the Print statements by billing
address zip code is not selected (by clearing the
checkmark).
- Attempt to print statements in preferred order again.
