What is happening

When using the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification course, the flipbooks are not displaying and functioning correctly.

Why is this happening

The Adobe Flash player is not installed on the computer.

How to fix the problem

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Payer.

Detailed Instructions

To download and install the Adobe Flash Player:

  1. Select the link Adobe Flash Player Download Center.
  2. Select the checkbox if you agree to the Adobe Flash Player Terms of Service.
  3. Click the Install Now button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Flash Player installation process.
  5. Open the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification course and determine that the flipbooks are displaying and function correctly.
