AuthID or service token information does not display on Product Information screen

What is happening

Unable to see AuthID or service tokens on the Product Information screen.

The QuickBooks Administrator can see the AuthID, Online Billing Token, and Shopping Source Tokens in the Services Information on the Product Information screen, but other users see Admin Only.

Why is this happening

Only the QuickBooks Administrator can see subscribed services information in the Product Information screen. . The program is working as designed.

When signing up for a QuickBooks Business Network account, an Auth ID is generated that identifies your platform. . For each subscribed service, a service token is created to detail the subscribed services.When logging in as Administrator, these service tokens are visible; however, no other users can view them.

If you are not the Administrator, the following information is displayed:

AuthID - Admin Only
Online Billing Token - Admin Only
Shopping Source Token - Admin Only

Detailed Instructions

Log in as the QuickBooks administrator to view AuthID and service token information.

To view the Product Information screen:

  1. Open QuickBooks and sign in as the Admin user.
  2. Press F2 or Ctrl + 1 to open the Product Information window.
