To update your payroll account information:
- Choose Employees and then choose the command appropriate for your QuickBooks version:
- QuickBooks 2007 and later:My Payroll Service >Account/Billing Information
- QuickBooks 2006: Payroll Service Activities >Update Payroll Account Information
- QuickBooks 2005: Payroll Services >View/Change Payroll Service Account Information
Note: A Web browser launches and the QuickBooks Payroll Account Maintenance page appears.
- Click Edit in the Update Information box. change update account billing info, . The QuickBooks Payroll Account Information window appears with the following sections:
- Company Information
- Payment Information
- Payroll Administrator
- For each of the three sections, click Edit, review the information, make any necessary changes in the available fields, and then click Continue.
- After you finish making changes to your account information in all three sections, click Update.
- When the Confirmation page appears, review the information for accuracy. change update account billing info, . (You can print this page for your records.)
- Click Done to return to QuickBooks.
