Limit the number of backups stored in a folder

What does this do?

To do this task

1. Go to the File menu and click Save Copy or Backup to open the backup wizard.

2. Click Backup Copy, click Next, and then click the Options button.

3. If needed, change the folder location.

4. If not already checked, click the checkbox to add the date and time of the backup to the filename.

5. Click the checkbox to Limit the number of backup copies to keep in this folder location and enter a number in the field provided.
