Loading your checks into the printer

Important: You may find it convenient to have one printer dedicated to printing all your checks. printing, . However, when not printing, always keep your blank checks in a secure location to avoid theft or possible fraud.

While loading your checks, verify that your printer will have enough toner to clearly print all the text on your checks.

  • Load full pages of checks into the tray you normally use for printing your checks.

  • Load a partial page of one or two checks into your printer envelope feeder or tray.

    Note: For wallet checks, leave the half-inch strip attached to the bottom of the page. printing, . Optionally, you may find it easier to attach a reusable Forms Leader to assist your printer with pulling your check page through your printer.
