Loading your checks into the printer
Important: You may find it convenient to have one printer dedicated to
printing all your checks. printing, . However, when not printing, always keep your blank
checks in a secure location to avoid theft or possible fraud.
While loading your checks, verify that your printer will have enough toner to clearly print all the text on your checks.
Load full pages of checks into the tray you normally use for printing your
checks.
Load a partial page of one or two checks into your printer envelope feeder or tray.
Note: For wallet checks, leave the half-inch strip attached to the bottom of the page. printing, . Optionally, you may find it easier to attach a reusable Forms Leader to assist your printer with pulling your check page through your printer.
